Lake George Cabins & Cottages: Reservation Policies
When you reserve your stay at our Lake George cabins and cottages, you will discover some of the most unique and comfortable Lake George lodging available! At Lincoln Log Colony, we offer everything from cottages and cabins, to housekeeping efficiencies and apartment rentals. Our Adirondack resort is centrally located in the village, near everywhere you want to be!
- Sorry No Pets, Please.
- For a weekly stay, each additional person is $60 more per week,
and for a nightly stay, $12 more per night.
- Season Rates are from the last week in June until Labor Day, Holiday
weekends and special events.
- We are open from mid May to Columbus Day.
- During July and August, Cottages and apartments are generally rented
by the week.
- Please use the nightly rate for cottage rentals of less than seven
days.
- Nightly rentals are a three day minimum.
- A limited number of Cottages & Apartments are available on a
nightly basis.
- Efficiency suites are rented on a daily or weekly basis .
- 7% Sales Tax & 4% Bed Tax is applied to all nightly rentals
and all units receiving maid service.

Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations for cottages and apartments require 5 weeks notice
for a deposit refund.
- Efficiency suite deposits are refunded if a cancellation
is made by 6 PM the previous day of arrival.
- Phone reservations honored until 6PM.
- Rates at our Lake George NY resort are subject to change.
- A reservation will not be held after 10 days without a deposit. No
exceptions please.
- Balance of rental is due upon arrival and check-in.
