When you reserve your stay at our Lake George cabins and cottages, you will discover some of the most unique and comfortable Lake George lodging available! At Lincoln Log Colony Adirondack resort, we offer everything from log cabins, to housekeeping suites and apartment rentals. We are centrally located in the village, near everywhere you want to be!
- Sorry No Pets, please. $300 cleaning fee for violations.
- Weekly rates are for four guests. Each additional person, including children, is $20 per night.
- Adirondack resort Season Rates are from the last week in June until Labor Day, Holiday weekends and special events.
- Open from mid May to Columbus Day.
- During July and August, cabins and apartments are generally rented by the week, however, if we have space available we will rent by the night (2 day minimum).
- Please use the nightly rate for cottage rentals of less than seven days.
- Nightly rentals are a two day minimum.
- Efficiency suites are rented on a daily or weekly basis.
- Maximum of two cars per unit. Additional vehicle charge of $100 per week.
- Unfortunately, we cannot allow visitors to the property without authorization from the manager. By law, we must know each and every person on our property.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN OUR UNITS. You may smoke on your patio or nearby your unit. No smoking or vaping in common areas. There is a $300 cleaning fee if smoking or vaping is detected in a unit.
Our Lake George NY Resort Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations for Lake George cottages and apartments require 2 weeks notice for a deposit refund. There is a $50 cancellation fee–no exceptions.
- Three days notice for cancellation on efficiency suites. There is a $50 cancellation fee–no exceptions.
- Phone reservations honored until 6PM.
- Rates are subject to change.
- A reservation will not be held after 10 days without a deposit. No exceptions please.
- Balance of rental is due upon arrival and check-in.
- Our office is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. no after hours calls please.
- Emergencies dial 911.
